<p><strong>Інгредієнти: </strong>На ~16 штук (~430 г):</p>
<ul>
<li>120 мл кефіру (або натурального йогурту);</li>
<li>1 яйце;</li>
<li>50 мл соняшникової рослинної олії;</li>
<li>30 г цукру;</li>
<li>~ 250 – 270 г борошна;</li>
<li>1 чайна ложка розпушувача;</li>
<li>цедра лимона (на смак).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Спосіб приготування:</strong></p>
<p>1. Яйце розбийте в глибоку миску, додайте цукор і кефір і змішайте інгредієнти віночком. Після цього додайте цедру лимона і рослинну олію (без запаху).</p>

<p>2. Додати половину просіяного борошна, розпушувач і перемішати. Після цього додаємо борошно, що залишилося, замішуючи тісто руками. Воно повинно вийти м’яким, однорідним і не липким.</p>

<p>3. Отримане тісто розкачати у формі мотузки і нарізати однаковими шматочками. Ми отримали 16.</p>

<p>4. Сформуйте печиво: візьміть шматок тіста та сформуйте з нього кульку. Потім розкачайте його качалкою в тісто товщиною приблизно 2-3 мм.</p>
